Throughout the past years, I have been able to support all kind of dutch SME’s in setting up their category strategy. By facilitating co-creation workshops with different stakeholders within the company I aligned multiple perspectives. Throughout the workshops we have been working collaboratively on defining our current en future customers, trends influencing our future future business in order to build a sustainable roadmap.

With these projects I was able to get a better understanding of the challenges these business deal with. I experienced how we as designers can bridge the gab between multiple stakeholders and reset their mind by trigger them with a bunch of different trends.
